Friday is the formal start to the municipal campaign season in Ottawa, launching a nearly six-month countdown to election day.

The first couple of times this happened, i thought it was just my phone acting wonky. But after having seen it now multiple times today and under similar conditions, figure it's the app.

If I hide a post, the screen will not scroll up or down; it locks to what was on there aside from an empty space where the post was. I either have to re-load the screen (whether it's a Frontpage, local, all or mutl-community, same issue). I haven't changed any settings in months.

Anyone experiencing similar?

Hello Perthlings! Been a few years since I visited your town, though enjoyed my time there, mainly walking around the core. Greetings Smith Falls folks! (Smith Fallonites? Fallonians?) Guess I get the honour of being the first to post on your community. :) I've been through a couple times in the past few months, mainly to stop in for Chinese food, and a few years back I happened upon a geek memorabilia store. That all said, I'll likely be passing through in the coming weeks and wonder what y'all recommend exploring. I like knick-knacks, movies (and yes, I've been to Port Elmsley before), games (card and board), and of course food. Cheers!
