I'm almost ashamed to be linking a CNN article, but the polls been conducted by SSRS, a bi-partisan election-research entity. 41% folks. For context, even Nixon started out with a 67% approval rating before Watergate and the bombing of Hanoi sent his ass into freefall. He ended up leaving the White House with a 24% approval rating, which is where this Fascist prick should be headed.

I'm seeing a lot of frustration and nay-saying on the forums lately, and to them I kindly say go fear-monger somewhere else you cowardly scum. Joseph Goebbels would be proud of the wanna-be Neo-Nazis of today with the war on propaganda. This isn't 1945, the internet is well and alive AND THE PEOPLE WILL SPEAK UP. Keep organizing, keep protesting, keep boycotting, do absolutely everything you can to stop the spread of Trumpism.

Video I apologize in advance as this is not the best recording. Was trying to not to cry and trip at the same time.

I’ve participated in all three protests in NYC and we can bicker about the press or the amount of people that showed but what keeps me going back every time are things like this. We show up because we are angry with what’s going on and yet we find ways to have fun, show love and support one another during the march. Remember y’all blood sells but we’re not here to make money clips for the media. We show up because we want to preserve and protect our shared humanity.

I’m from Denver and I’ve been to all but one of the nationwide days of protest so far.

I just need to come out and say it: yesterday was a pathetic showing compared to the last few, and in some ways that hurts the movement more than it helps. I haven’t seen the estimated attendance numbers nationwide yet, but this is based on my experience in Denver specifically. That kind of attendance decline makes it look like the resistance is losing steam/momentum and that people are giving up.

We cannot afford to send that message to Washington, intentionally or not. And at the end of the day, the difference in attendance comes down to weekday vs. weekend. A lot of people, especially working class people, can’t afford to take days off to protest. But if there’s no work to miss, we’ve seen that people show up en masse.

So until we’re ready for an actual general strike, we need to keep these protests to the weekend in my opinion. What do you all think?
