What gives them the authority to collect taxes in Canada? Only government's can do that.
Tribes are not nation-states like Canada is.

I wanted to be right about rewind being dead to badly I guess.
I've been using Linux for 10 years and haven't had this trouble.
I currently use endeavour, but there's plenty of out of the box distro.
