Audio recording in canada is one party consent so if you are directly involved in the conversation you can record audio as for video the criminal code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46) seems to say that its illegal anywhere one is under reasonable expectations of privacy or if you're doing it for your own sexual pleasure

I had to look it up because I wasn't sure either but from what I read he was hospitalized back in October and that was a "spiritual attack" which may have just been pneumonia then hospitalized recently again claiming mould exposure and totally not pure beef and salt after getting out of the hospital previously.
