The purpose of this video is to familiarize the viewer with the far right movement in Ukraine and the relevant historical/political context. What is the history of Ukrainian right-wing extremism and what does it look like today?

Did the title trigger the liberals here? Ukraine has always had a Nazi problem, it still does.

It's not about a title, it's about the person who posted it

Based on their post history isn't not about the person, its about feeling uncomfortable that they are not contributing to the liberal echo chamber.

It’s simultaneously funny and quite remarkable how you are able to so proudly speak of echo chambers- right from within the safe confines of your very own.

The modlogs show you ban people for… “anti communism” and cast aspersions at others for bias? I’d love to know how you reconcile this from a logical perspective but without the use of any circular reasoning.

Care to explain, or am I to be banned for “anti communism” also?

Oh and… A little tip for ya:

Anti-communism is hyphenated. Thought I’d help ya out a bit.

Anyone repeating capitalist lies of anticommunism will get banned. Instead of a willingness to learn they repeat the bullshit they've been told without question. This isn't a place of learning, there are other venues for that.

So…. Either they agree wholeheartedly and without question that communism is great, while everything that isn’t communism without question is horrible- or you ban them.

Sounds a whole lot like an echo chamber to me.

No, asking questions is fine, barging in with bullshit propaganda is not. Your mental gymnastics is unraveling

I’ve seen no one barging in with any propaganda. The modlogs are public if you don’t know. And it seems you like to relive a lot of content that simply disagrees with your ideology. And in here, here, all I see is you pointing the finger at others for doing the exact thing you are doing:

Maintaining an echo chamber.

[–] K1nsey6@lemmy.world -3 points 10 months ago (1 children)

Everyone that's gotten banned has spewed anticommunism bullshit that has been parroted from capitalists

From the perspective of someone that runs an echo chamber, and moderates people who disagree with said echo,

I can totally see how you’d think that. And I’m being sincere here.

Because, by your own definitions, as you’ve stated in conversations on the topic, you are doing here in your own community, exactly what you accuse others of.

This convo wouldnt be going on if that were the case

[–] Rhoeri@lemmy.world 1 points 10 months ago* (last edited 10 months ago)

Oh that’s demonstrably not true and that’s because I’m not disparaging communism. We both know, the moment I do, I’m gone.

This is how echo chamber remains pure and sterile.
