On the other hand, you're still alive and a lot of people aren't...
I bet this could be covered up easily, because of its regular shape and symmetry. Snakes or dragons could incorporate some of the original green and also look badass.
The green is light enough to morph into other colors as well. Hiding that lettering would be the hardest part.
My only worry is that it's very scarred, and no matter the cover up, the original will show through. Might try laser removal first with derma rolling, to try to smooth out the scars.
Worth a discussion with a good artist. I got a cover up that still shows some of the original if you know what to look for, but the artist worked with what was already there and wasn’t heavy handed with it.
