I wonder which "persona" - the fake "all caps" one or the "spiritual being" is the one granted the property title? I'd like to see them argue that one.

The creativity of those idiots is amazing. Do they just copy each other with their magic incantations to make debts go away, or do they actually have a book on it like a Nekrofinanciatorium or something like that?
There's at least one guy that sells information on how to do all of this. Then they share the info with each other, and probably make up even more stuff along the way.
Let me guess, the guy sells this information only for good hard cash, not for some imaginary "coupons" 😃
