It's hard and will be, however the longer your clean the longer the intervals between cravings.
I still get them every now and then, but they can be more than a week in between now.
If you really want to quit, I used Chantix and it took away the wanting a smoke really well, finally was able to stop completely. Still can't breath for shit 4 years later :(
