A bit fast for my liking. Played it at .75 speed and it was excellent. Favorite one was the rollercoaster.

So if I understand correctly these are minuture models filmed with a photography technique that adds really realistic depth?

This is a style of photography that uses a lens shifting technique to make real life seem like models. Here is some more info about it.
