Don’t bring it into an elevator.
The regulations have changed. It is now OK to bring a windbreaker to an elevator on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Never Monday, though. That is forbidden.
If you hoist a sail the wind will hit it and slow down. You will brake wind.

People use wind breakers when they are outside and windy. I bet most people aren't offended if you break wind when it's outside and windy too.
Holy clothing must not be damaged unless you plan to do the ritual of discarding (shred abd burn). As a windbreaker has at least 4 holes when worn correctly, it is indeed holy.
