That is Pierre Poilievre, the leader of Canada's Conservative party who has been copying Trump's rhetoric and policies. He also wants to privitize Canadian healthcare, is anti-abortion, transphobic, associates with known white supremicist groups, etc.

Edit: and he wants to privitize CBC (think BBC but Canadian)

Which is pretty scary given that all other private Canadian media is owned by US billionaires.

And he won't get a security clearance, nor take a stand on foreign influence in Parliament.
