I could have figured that out earlier. Even before Krasnov became the worst president first time, it was widely known that he was corrupt. I remember watching a documentary (You've been Trumped) from 2011 about the golf course he bought in Scotland, where he destroyed sand dunes and forced local residents to leave their homes, due to corruption and sell out.
