You might want to get a sleep study. This was me for a long time and now in my 40s I have a CPAP and wake up feeling like a fucking superhero. I wish I'd known decades ago, so many missed opportunities.

Regular sleep schedule - good

People get to the weekend and think they'll get away with staying up late and sleeping in.

It's not worth it.

Well, late evening is the only time you’ll get to see your friends who have kids for an extended period of time.

Having a proper sleep schedule (like 11-7) that you strictly follow will make you feel so much more energized.

that and limit caffeine to several hours before you sleep since caffeine messes with your bodies ability to purge adenosine, it just builds up so even if you sleep fine if you have caffeine right before bed you will wake up and feel sleepy because the adenosine is still there

You can't fix your tiredness in one night. Sleep well for a week, fix your sleeping scedule and you're going to feel much much much better

sleep well for a week

Do I look like a magician?

Not all rest is equally refreshing. If you have a sleep deficit build up, a bad mattress, a loud environment, some psychological or physical condition, it can negatively affect your sleep.

You should look out for stuff that makes you sleep worse. I don't do sports in the evening, I try not to eat too late and I don't look at my phone the second I hit the sheets. There is also a midnight high I particularly struggle with. If I don't got bed before it, I absolutely cannot sleep, unless I take melatonin.

Takes a while to figure out everything for you personally.

Y'all don't feel like this the whole time?

Oh this is me right now. I showed up to work with a stomach ache. And while that's gone, my body can't handle being alive right now.
