These cartels have operated with little interference for an extended period, and their activities are contributing to the facilitation of illegal trade, including aiding Chinese entities in circumventing tariffs and trafficking fentanyl into the United States. Terrorist organizations are ultimately accountable for their actions and will face the consequences of their involvement.

The US is violating Mexican sovereignty here by invading Mexican airspace. None of what you wrote negates that.
