Interesting to know I'm not alone!
I am a little athletic I'd say. But I've built up my work outs veeeery slowly.
On the other hand (pun intended), the palm to wrist one came out of nowhere. I've been into gaming and drawing my whole life, and I had been doing a lot of hand writing for years prior.
Been experiencing something similar, over the course of 2-3 years it appeared and flares up to the point of needing to see a doctor several times.
2 different fingers on opposite sides. Forearm to wrist on one arm. Elbow on the opposite side of the wrist one. Knee on the same side as the elbow. And Achilles tendinitis to complete the package.
No apparent reason as to why or why it’s so spread out.
Not a doctor, but tendon issues immediately bring to mind Ehlers Danlos Syndrome
