I use CJB cheats to stop time, the time pressure bothers me a little so keeping it off is more chill.
Edit- and the one that shows where everyone is on the map. Huge time saver.

MODERATORS
Walk speed increase mod and that’s really all I use, I just can’t stand the slow walking and I’m not huge on the horse.
I use a mod that makes the horse skinnier, so it fits through gates.
A map mod to show where people are is really handy but maybe too easy.
I had a mod that let me see (but not complete!) community center bundles remotely so on knew what to bring or collect.
I really enjoyed Automate, but it made the game way too easy.
Doesn't the base game show you the bundles you still need to get from your inventory?
I think so, but the mod I used let me see the bundles the way you do in the community center, so I knew exactly which items I was missing.
I believe in the base game you can see them from a button to the right when you've opened a chest.
I felt bad about skinnyfying the horse we got a mod instead to widen some paths!
Disable Joystick Chat, Passable Crops, Zoom Level, Mastery Extended, Better Return Scepter. Better Crafting, Bus Without Pam.
Passable crops sounds like it will solve my hops farm problems
