Two things about that diet: firstly, those foods have been known to multiply so try to keep portion sizes small and don't let Jesus multiply it after it's in your stomach. And secondly, fish is critical to this diet, ya can't live on bread alone.
So carbs and lean protein?
Don't forget the wine!
