Pinch and roll is a favourite. I also love the stretch and flick.
If all of human experience was laid out a long a spectrum from absolute misery to overwhelming bliss, ball scratching starts as a high virtually unparalleled by anything else which then devolves into a pale misery. Scratching brings joy for a brief moment. Pinch roll? It's too utilitarian to find happiness.
