In general, you can use Sepia Search to find videos about certain topics, across instances.
diode.zone seems kaput. Andy Balaam (who used to use it) has moved to https://video.infosec.exchange/
It does have a banner at the top saying that people should move their videos to other instances, but it still has some good content on there.
Of course it is peertube.30p87.de! (Not really, I've never actually used that instance)
