Software dev in general needs unions IMO, not to mention other tech work like IT who tend to work piles of overtime.
Not to worry - Trump & co will ensure union-busting is perfectly legal again.
It’s always been legal.
Guess it's gonna have to go back to the more direct, non-union form of collective bargaining then. Tends to end up with bosses having fewer knees.
We'll keep pushing for raises and for bosses to have knees, since that's the best outcome.
