SteamDB says it has 800 players online currently. Payday 2 has 20,000 online currently.
Wait until they pull an OverWatch 2. And turn off payday 2! That's clearly the major problem. Lol
Last night I was literally laughing about how I'd never play this game because of how they took an EA stance and ruined the game. I'd rather play payday2
They tried to focus on making it look and feel more realistic, but it honestly just looks more drab and is just dreary and humorless compared to 2.
Sometimes I feel like me and the people I play with are the only ones who like this game. I'm just glad that the team is committed to improving it rather than writing it off as a flop immediately.
Get Crime Boss: Rockay City instead. $20 full price with all the DLC included. Single player rougelite campaign mode. Multiplayer missions with RNG so they stay fresh. Hilarious mostly horrible voice acting by washed up celebs. Fantastic gun play. Just a great value really.
