Honestly, I think I happened to find a sensationalized headline. I can't find it anymore, everything recent is just about his own company only allowed hand writing code in exceptional cases. Which is close but not as sensationalized as I made it to be, sorry. I looked everywhere I could think of (browser history as well), so could have also just been a fever dream.
