AI needs 2 things. It needs capital-intensive resources. But it also needs an uneducated population that cannot think, that is not educated, that relies on it so that they can sell cognition back to us.

If anything that is a mild description. The use of sycophancy and censorship (guard rails) was always meant to control the population. The mass manipulation of Facebook, but with a sycophantic smile.

people already cant think. trump won the popular vote.i dont know one knqowledge worker thata used ai to think. i have seen ai used to do mundane tasks that are tedious and boring l, but not think.
