ScreenGuard is a digital wellbeing software which incorporates the features like monitoring per application usage and total system usage for per day and stores it in a database and also allows you to limit application usage per day or a certain set of application while in focus mode. I started this in early -mid june to make a normal screen time monitoring application to stop myself from over using social media and to know when I need a break. However ever since I have been adding to it , and aim to make this a alternative to digital wellbeing which is present in android.
