Even r/Conservative thinks this is dumb. And they have a Charlie Kirk logo

[–] Almacca@aussie.zone 1 points 6 hours ago (1 children)

And even when they're disagreeing with Dear Leader they're still fucking wrong and stupid.

[–] bold_atlas@lemmy.world 3 points 5 hours ago

"Bad things are bad because the lefties will think they're right about bad thing being bad"

They should all get together and agree to not cover anything about Trump for two weeks, see how he reacts then.

[–] bold_atlas@lemmy.world 2 points 5 hours ago* (last edited 5 hours ago)

He wouldn't notice. I doubt he even watched fox news. He's gone mentally.

His staff and cabinet are behind the ban. The only time Trump hears bad news is when a reporter asks him to comment on the bad news. Now he'll hear nothing but sunshine and rainbows; he's completely isolated from anything that's real.

Things are going to nose dive quick.

[–] SnarkoPolo@lemmy.world 3 points 15 hours ago

At least we don't have that arrogant laughing brown lady.

[–] Stolas@lemmy.ca 4 points 16 hours ago

Surprised it took this long.

[–] anon_8675309@lemmy.world 11 points 23 hours ago

So, they must be doing at least halfway decent reporting then.

[–] WanderWisley@lemmy.world 18 points 1 day ago

I am the snowflake now! 🫲🍊🫱

[–] melsaskca@lemmy.ca 5 points 22 hours ago

I can only guess they must be ready to release a scandalous tidbit from the trump/epstein files so he reverted back to his "Look!! Over there!!" management style.

So we're down to just the one Amendment now?

[–] arctanthrope@lemmy.world 58 points 1 day ago (1 children)

not sure which one you're referring to. can't be the second, they executed Alex Pretti on the spot for legally carrying a pistol. after disarming him. which is also a violation of the 5th: "nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law"

[–] sik0fewl@piefed.ca 8 points 1 day ago

No, the one that says ~~black people~~ corporations are people.

[–] Rhaedas@fedia.io 28 points 1 day ago

The one that probably should have had a few revisions over time to bring it up to date.

Instead of a swear jar, have a When He Dies jar; every time you read a headline that is fucking goddamn infuriating why the fuck isn’t anyone doing anything about this meddlesome fucking priest Jesus fucking Christ and so many goddamn enablers I FUCKING HATE ALL OF T—… anyways, whenever you feel that after reading a headline, put $20 in a high yield savings account, and when he’s fucking gone, you’ll have two cent’s worth because OF THE GODDAMN INFLATION FUCK THIS MISERABLE PIECE OF SHIT.

[–] arctanthrope@lemmy.world 5 points 1 day ago

I did a similar thing except instead of every time it was just once and instead of $20 it was $60 and instead of a savings account it was a bottle of champagne, and now I just get to think of the day when I'll finally get to pop it

[–] AlanWake2112@lemmy.world 26 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Ahhh. So Politico is more than likely a trustworthy news source. Good to know.

[–] taguebbe@feddit.org 8 points 1 day ago (1 children)

It's owned by Springer, so no.

[–] Psythik@lemmy.world 2 points 15 hours ago* (last edited 15 hours ago)

"Springer", as in Jerry? I was wondering what he was up to lately...

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 72 points 1 day ago

The gigantic baby is having a tantrum again.

As always, the conservatives are projecting, since they love to call everyone else a snowflake, and yet, they made the world's biggest snowflake the god-emperor of their party.

Conservatives cannot deal with even the least bit of criticism.

[–] ScoffingLizard@lemmy.dbzer0.com 33 points 1 day ago (1 children)

CNN is conservative. What a farce!

[–] Blackfeathr@lemmy.world 19 points 1 day ago

I hope that MAGA billionaire that bought it is happy now <3

[–] Almacca@aussie.zone 51 points 1 day ago (4 children)

Maybe all news outlets should stop putting him on TV, stop attending his press conferences, and stop feeding his ego overall.

[–] A_Random_Idiot@lemmy.world 18 points 1 day ago (2 children)

they wont. they are addicted to him, because he brings in ratings and viewship like nothing else.

Its why he got elected both times, because he gets insane levels of coverage, more than all other candidates combined. because media has a vested financial interest in his existence in politics.

Did he just manage to give an air of legitimacy to cnn/msnow somehow?

[–] pelespirit@sh.itjust.works 20 points 1 day ago

Undeserved, imo. They have some good journalists, but overall, they suck too. Just not as bad.

https://apnews.com/article/ap-lawsuit-trump-administration-officials-0352075501b779b8b187667f3427e0e8

So, AP had been in a lawsuit since Feb 2025 over their reporters being blocked. This is madness. A clearly violation of their constitutional rights. Rights that affect their ability to report on this administration. And the courts don't seem to care at all.

Of course the Trump will block others. There are no consequences for this guy.

[–] SwingingTheLamp@piefed.zip 17 points 1 day ago

Fine, all that they really need to run is one headline every day: "Dementia Grandpa Says Some Stupid Shit." It's evergreen.

[–] switcheroo@lemmy.world 8 points 1 day ago

Every day that ends in a Y, the stupid PoS geriatric moron pedophile says another stupid thing...

I can't wait for a different type of day to come. Don't even have to say what type.
