There's good research out there about how adding friction to the learning process can paradoxically help out here.
Next time you ask a question you expect you will need to ask again, consider writing up a document containing that information. Avoid copy and pasting the answer, actually type out or even hand write the information for yourself, in your own words. For code snippets and such this might not be practical, but even a few lines can be very helpful.
Don't panic about feeling isolated from interactions with regular people. These feelings can be a pretty normal part of life, especially at university. Even if they are related to something more personal about you, AI is not at the heart of them.
Use it less. The rest will fall into place eventually.
