Did you forget that he was in the receiving end of getting curbstomped by the American oil regime lol?

Technically the similar outcome already happened with Venezuela. Their "crime" was trying to sell oil without American permission.

Now we just wait for Trump to start unloading poison gas on the US people. Maybe that’s his plan for the upcoming elections.
