“A woman who used her wealth to raise up and give back to the marginalised," wrote another. "There’s a lesson there.” And an obstetrician named Dr. Nifkin delivered a fact check: "She supported trans people you ghoul."

Another quoted Rowling in writing: "'A complete, irreplaceable one-off.' Parton spent sixty years telling every single person that’s what they were too, no exceptions. I’m sorry your paths only crossed the once. She could have taught you so much."

Others went for the jugular in attacking Rowling: "Don’t talk about Dolly you disgusting fucking bigot," wrote one. "She championed trans rights you fucking asshole. Keep her name out of your dirty mouth," said Tommy Harringto

The best thing we can do is ignore her. Stop shining a light on her. She's harmless if she has no voice. Just one more angry, ignorant old woman.

The best thing to do is to expose the evil she does until enough people are aware of her actions and the harm she causes and stop funding her through consumption of Harry Potter.

Ignoring her won’t make the issue go away at all, that’s the response lazy teachers tell children in schools so they can avoid dealing with an issue.
