This is disgusting - I am beginning to doubt he will ever pay anything. Judges seem singularly un-interested in enforcing these judgements.

Be angry at the laws, not the judges following them.
That would be a potentially effective argument if there weren't so many judges actively disregarding precedent and the law in favor of enforcing their politics from the bench
