Haven't seen such a cafe since 2016.

The real answer right here, I dont think ive seen a proper gaming Cafe in like a decade. Id love to see them still exist but in my neck of the woods most people save for their own gaming PC or just get a console

I think if hardware prices stay where theyre at though maybe a feasible return could be seen but we dont even have the LAN party spirit around anymore to draw groups for multiplayer like we did back in the day

They are more of a thing in Asia, as well as in developing countries around the world where ownership of PC hardware is prohibitively expensive, not just due to lower incomes, but also because computer hardware is costlier and more difficult to get there than in the developed world.

Not only that, but PC cafes thrive in places where people could afford a PC but don’t have any room for it because they live in a tiny apartment. This is also very common in Asia.

I mean, if you're able to find one, I don't think anyone is going to think it's weird. The owner and employees would also likely just be glad that they have someone coming in.

I have seen teens play Roblox at libraries. Does that count?

When I was in my 20s, 3 of my friends who didn't have their own PC would go to a local cafe to play games. Mostly Battlefield 2, but they would also play HL2 and other SP games if they didn't go together.

Are you a bot from the 2000's? 2010's?

I'm not sure we even have those here.

A few years ago there was one cyber cafe left in Paris. I'm sure the number of cyber cafe in France is between 0 and 1.

I used to back in 2004-6, as my PC was too weak to run GTA Vice City. The vast majority of those cafes (Lan houses, as they were called) disappeared here in Brazil.
