You don't really need to disable JS. uBlock Origin is enough, it seems.

Considering how things are going for uBlock Origin, I would recommend disabling JavaScript over uBlock, as it face uncertain future.

How are things going for uBlock Origin? Most privacy minded people here don't use Chromium based browsers. It works perfectly fine on firefox based browsers. And it's not like it not being available on chromium based browsers made it worse on firefox as well.

I personally use Noscript, it gives control to allow javascript.
