I love that we have a law called "causing a nuisance without reasonable excuse"
IMHO, many coppers should be charged with such.
The laws don't apply to the police, that's why they always park like bellends.
I think there's a reasonable excuse: it's pretty fucking funny.

Nah, that's a bit psycho. Too much edgy humor and being 26 to go anywhere with this. Large knife? Hospital? That's a no from me dawg...
Although more facts about the case would help. Was he targeting someone who deserved some mockery? Was it a real knife or a plastic knife?
I need more facts before it's fun, and not just someone with mental issues upsetting people.
I'd like to invite that man to tour the various USA federal government offices while our "leaders" are present.
That'll go well for the man... Not like people are getting snapped up in the streets over there for doing less (or nothing, or only good).
