About this community and how I post the comics… Many moons ago, I would ask my Dad to save the newspaper for me everyday so I could read my favorite comic strips. Of course these days you can read your favorite comics online instead of a newspaper, but I love the nostalgia of reading the daily comics. Anyway, one of my favorite current comics is Cyanide and Happiness and I will be posting the daily release from their website (https://explosm.net/) and a an extra or two randoms.

Robber shows up

Asks me to find my money

I break down into tears and tell him I'll help him look

okay I'm reading through all the comments hoping somebody will explain the cartoon. But nobody has. Why in the last panel is the gun wielder standing right next to the burglar after clearly having missed him, but the gun wielder looks triumphant and proud of himself, why?

He shot all his stuff and the robber doesn't seem to want to steal damaged stuff.

Ahh

It is humorous because it's a cartoon

but

seems to me the world and the homeowner wouldve been better off if the bullets had been aimed at the robber

unless maybe he's in one of those states where you're not allowed to shoot people unless it's in self-defense. like those ass-backwards jurisdictions where robbers can sue the homeowner.
