When it comes to the current leaders of the US and Israel, when a signature is no longer trustworthy, you need to either take assets or leverage hostage.
Ask North American indigenous people how much any signatures have ever meant; or any other state.
If his signature is so worthless then why do corporations bribe him to put it on legislation they've written? Checkmate, Iran.

There might be a better way to bring up objections to civilian ships passing through a straight than just shooting at them. But I guess killing people is the only way this psychopath knows how to communicate.
