Gotta be up there for propaganda. Americans appear to hate the idea of taxing billionaires, socialised healthcare, etc

Don’t forget “believing in angels!”
I figure fuck it, while I'm at it why not just shoot my buddy, take his job, give it to his sworn enemy, hike up gas prices, bomb a village, club a baby seal, hit the hash pipe and join the National Guard? I could be elected President.
How do I vote for this guy?
Click on in the little arrow that's pointing upward
No need to. His buddies in office are already gerrymandering the fuck out of his district. The rest is up to Russian and Chinese social media bots getting enough brainwashed deplorables to vote against their own interest. Just lean back and enjoy the ride. The best thing about following the usmnt for folks born in the united states is thinking about our country as a team who sits in the middle of pot a in concacaf nations league -- a 25th-30th best team in the nation who appears perennially in the big dance, but never challenges for the ncaa title. A good ncaa football team from the acc, but not the sec champions. It's mostly a pretty optimistic view of our country, but for many of us, it's the first time we've ever considered it, and being profoundly humbled by Spain or France after struggling against Belgium is a healthy view on how we should view our country, and where in the world we should expect to find ourselves when we look at ranked lists of countries.
Great analogy, including the typical throwing around of seemingly random acronyms assuming everyone follows their sports and knows what they mean
