What a weird way to phrase that

[–] whoisearth@lemmy.ca 21 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Jesus just needs to take him out to a nice meal and give him a little road head and he's on lock.

C'mon Jesus you can do it!

He’s a trump. So it’s a given.

[–] Ioughttamow@fedia.io 41 points 1 month ago (3 children)

Yeah, but imagine an emergency broadcast pops up and in the grainy darkness you see trump writhing nailed to a cross. A wild eyed barron, with a bloody chi ro drawn on his forehead and flagellation scars, announces the creation of heaven on earth. He then carves out ding don’s heart, takes a bite, and then casts what’s left into a cleansing flame

And then Indiana Jones steals some ancient glowing stones ...

oh ...

then he gets caught and RFK Jr. makes him drink "the green blood", a mix of road kill racoon blood, whole milk, and the water from the reflecting pool.

Kalima! Kalima! Kalima!

[–] otterpop@lemmy.world 14 points 1 month ago (3 children)

As someone with a less than honorable father myself, I hope that the next generation can pull away from doing wrong, evil things. I know that I've tried to! There's still hope for Barron, even if his father has set a poor example.

[–] NekoKoneko@lemmy.world 10 points 1 month ago (1 children)

I think that ship has left the dock, and already hit an iceberg. Reports are that Barron is a fan of Andrew Tate and was part of the reason he was released.

[–] otterpop@lemmy.world 6 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Maybe. He's still young though and has an entire lifetime ahead of him to repent and change, it's at least worth hoping for.

I don't believe in sins of the parent transferring to their kids (or other relatives). It's not his father that will be his biggest moral stumbling block. Like all rich nepo babies having unlimited wealth and power shoved up his ass the day he sprung into existence is likely to be the reason he'll be a total piece of shit. Just like the rest of them.

[–] yakko@feddit.uk 4 points 1 month ago

In the absolute Pollyanna sense of "there is always hope, nobody's beyond redemption, everyone is good deep down, everything that rhymes is true" sense I actually agree, but the other part of me that looks at any given rich guy and says "he probably deserves to die" is really looking like he's got something to say

[–] BestBouclettes@jlai.lu 4 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Is it a given that he was sexually abused by his father and his friends too ? I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case.

[–] I_Has_A_Hat@lemmy.world 4 points 1 month ago

No, Trump had Ivanka for that.

He simultaneously has “do you know who my dad is” face and “I mutilate small animals in the basement” energy.

Combine that with "I raped a bunch of women in high school for funsies" vibes

[–] JustJack23@slrpnk.net 27 points 1 month ago (1 children)

How is his face so punchable

[–] D_C@sh.itjust.works 28 points 1 month ago

Well both of his parents are massive slabs of rotting cancer sores so it's probably just genetics.

[–] HootinNHollerin@lemmy.dbzer0.com 25 points 1 month ago

He’s on the rim, circling

[–] adhdsergio@lemmy.world 20 points 1 month ago (7 children)

Does anyone in this family have any redeeming qualities?

[–] Witchfire@lemmy.world 21 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) (1 children)

Trump's dad has since 1999

[–] Naz@sh.itjust.works 10 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) (1 children)

Arguably that's what began this whole debacle.

Narcissism has a lot of root causes, but "never being good enough for Dad" is a pretty common one.

I remember during the comedy roast of Trump, Seth McFarlane began with something like: "We're here to honor a great man and businessman (pause) that would be Fred Trump, Donald Trump's father".

He looked like he wanted to kill him, and then announced a presidential run for 2016 at the end of the show/episode.

If there were good people in Trump's family, they'd disown him

Jesus was pretty specific about how a person should become his follower. He said that you have to give away all of your possessions to follow him.

[–] Cethin@lemmy.zip 7 points 1 month ago (1 children)

That was Jesus the Jew. They follow Jesus the Capitalist.

Amusing that the orange moron-in-chief is allowing some of his sycophantic yes-people to religiously groom his youngest son

90% of me doesn't give a shit. But I admit there's 10% of me that wonders if he inherited the "dumbest goddam student I ever had" gene.

[–] alexc@lemmy.world 14 points 1 month ago (2 children)

Shortly after, he’ll be announcing the start of his political career…

I wonder what people call him? Surely nobody says Barron. What a stupid fucking name. I want to believe he goes by the name Barry, or Baz.

[–] pech@lemmy.world 13 points 1 month ago (1 children)
[–] neclimdul@lemmy.world 23 points 1 month ago

Many people don't know this but the "t" in Robert is silent when followed by Barron. It's comes from an old American tradition of redistributing wealth to the most wealthy.

[–] Viking_Hippie@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 1 month ago

They all call him Ronnie

[–] hypeerror@sh.itjust.works 13 points 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) (1 children)

Imagine being named after your dad's phony name when he crank called radio stations.

Is this the same Baron Trump whose mom was upset that people talked about him online?

[–] melsaskca@lemmy.ca 5 points 1 month ago (2 children)

He's almost there, but he's holding out for a better offer.

I'd assume that he's under a lot of pressure from his dad who will happily kill people who don't do what he wants.

Or, from one neurodivergent to another, you're surviving the only way you know how.

Jesus and Satan talking about Baron.

Satan: His souls is mine, I will roast him for a millennia before I have him drawn and quartered to be devoured by my demons.

Jesus: Wait, who are we talking about again. Baron!? Oh hell no we don't want him you can have his ass.

Satan: Oh shit I thought we were talking about someone else. I don't want that little shit either.
