It's in Banff. Surrounded by high altitude mountains. Global warming warms up the atmosphere, not space.

global climate change is a phenomenon in which the entire planet is warming. this causes spikes in extreme weather. it still being cold in one place does not prove or disprove anything about trends of the entire global system
