Would have loved to get more of the path that goes straight on a bit more in focus and a little less sky but couldn't get a better angle. Sometimes you would need a drone for the perfect shot I guess. Anyway, thank you very much!

Never underestimate the power of holding a monopod, closed tripod, or broomstick with a bunch of tape over your head.

Look up "fake drone shots" for some interesting ideas.

In any event, it's a great looking shot to me.

I wonder how many weary travellers have rested there.

I bet it smells amazing there.

Can I make this my default Windows wallpaper?

Of course you can.

Could you go back in Fall and Winter too?

Unfortunately I don't come by this spot regularily as this isn't usually my travel direction. Also this is just a dirt road so in winter it definitely won't be plowed.

Is there a stone wall under it with a rock that has no business being there?

Having to wait a couple weeks for the sky to be blue matches my experience of Bavaria.

Jokes aside, great picture !

Very nice! Kinda has desktop background vibes, but I mean that in the best way possible. So calming

Yeah that was exactly what I was going for. Kinda calming, yet not boring.
