I don't get to the South anymore so this is my take on a Publix Pub Sub. Chicken tenders, lettuce, tomato, pickle, raw onion, chipotle mayo, pepper jack cheese, oregano.
Fortunately I live right down the road from a Publix, their sybs are to die for. This one looks great too!
They really do a good job with their subs.
Onions and chicken tenders? Do those flavors really complement each other?
I enjoy it on my subs but to each their own.
