X axis: the inappropriate to corporate axis

Y axis: the funny to tragic axis

6 is the inappropriate, funny number

7 is the corporate, funny number

9 is the inappropriate, tragic number

11 is the corporate, tragic number

Is my interpretation valid?

[–] itszednotzee@sopuli.xyz 32 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

I like the implication that on a tragic scale between (un)funny number and terrorism 7-11 is about in the middle

[–] errer@lemmy.world 22 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

I always knew 69ing was half terrorism!

[–] Passerby6497@lemmy.world 3 points 2 weeks ago* (last edited 2 weeks ago)

Some might consider that pube stuck in the back of their throat to be an act of terrorism

[–] ZombiFrancis@sh.itjust.works 20 points 2 weeks ago

Which means... 67 is inappropriate corporate funny 69 is inappropriate funny tragedy 7/11 is corporate funny tragedy 9/11 is inappropriate corporate tragedy

Yeah, checks out.

[–] yakko@feddit.uk 4 points 2 weeks ago

11 is an inelegant number

7-6=1

11-9=2

9-6=3

11-7=4

I dont know what to do with that, but did think it was neat

[–] Zwuzelmaus@feddit.org 12 points 2 weeks ago (2 children)

So why did you stop before 11 - 6 = 5?

[–] yakko@feddit.uk 14 points 2 weeks ago (1 children)

Because now I'm scared of next Thursday

Why stop there? 7-6=1 9-7=2 9-6=3 11-7=4 11-6=5 7=7 6+9-7=8 9=9 6+11-7=10 11=11 7+11-6=12 6+7=13 11+9-6=14 9+6=15 9+7=16 11+6=17 11+7=18 11+9-7+6=19 11+9=20 11+9+7-6=21 6+7+9=22

and 23 I didn't find with only + and - and each number only once.

There's a Severance meme here, but I can't for the life of me remember it.

7 8 9

8 in the middle!

But what would 6 8 11 be...

[–] sp3ctr4l@lemmy.dbzer0.com 4 points 2 weeks ago

a little bit overstuffed, much like 69

[–] sp3ctr4l@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 2 weeks ago

not sure if this implies a 3rd dimension to the diagram, or if 8 is simply the center of the 2d plane

[–] Zwuzelmaus@feddit.org 3 points 2 weeks ago* (last edited 2 weeks ago) (1 children)

Not pictured: 7 ate 9 .

Oh yes, the first line is literally the beginning of it: 6 7

[–] SmackemWittadic@lemmy.world 3 points 2 weeks ago* (last edited 2 weeks ago)

That's an evolution of the relations between numbers,

It used to be 6 😱 7 because: 7 8 9
Now it's 6 😂 7 because: ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (representing both the movement and the idk)

I don't know why but I like the modern relation more

[–] LemmyFeed@lemmy.dbzer0.com 40 points 2 weeks ago

You might not like it but this is the peak of fashion.

6-7 rhymes with 9-11

Coincidence? I think not!

Wake up, babe. New PCM just dropped

[–] f4f4f4f4f4f4f4f4@sopuli.xyz 9 points 2 weeks ago

If you find yourself confused in the modern world, it's because your forces are misaligned. You're radiating a lot of 6-11 and 7-9 and the Ancestors know that shit's not even funny.

[–] some_guy@lemmy.sdf.org 7 points 2 weeks ago

I never realized 7-11 did 9-11. Holy shit. Take them to jail.

[–] tacosanonymous@mander.xyz 6 points 2 weeks ago

Coincidence? I think not!

[–] sundray@lemmus.org 6 points 2 weeks ago

This could go all way to the top. 420 even!

[–] DarkCloud@lemmy.world 5 points 2 weeks ago* (last edited 2 weeks ago) (1 children)

420 has the answer to the universe life and everything in it.

Politically I'm 9 but some of the 11s would rather me be 11.

Because the perfect shirt did not exist before this.

[–] gingersaffronapricat@lemmy.world 3 points 2 weeks ago* (last edited 2 weeks ago) (1 children)

Nice.

Also why I can only set the car a/c to 66 or 68.

Never forget

Roller hot dog or taquito anybody?

[–] drcobaltjedi@programming.dev 6 points 2 weeks ago

Probably because that's 19 C and 20 C and the system under the hood only uses metric.

I don't get what's confusing about it? It's easy as 1, 2, 3.
