Stick to the golden pasttimes as you enter your golden age. It'll be safer.
Heyyyy I learned skydiving in my forties. It's 2026. 40 is the new 20. You can choose to be a couch potato or you can choose to stay active & healthy.
I think you are right. Most of my friends and acquaintances are in their 30-40s (as I am) and if there's a difference between some of us in the group is that whlie some of us feel like we're still young, some feel like they are already old. And the difference is about the movement each of us get. I walk to go everywhere, try to go to the gym 3-4 times a week and feel generally great; same that the othere feeling they are young.
If there is something that all those feeling old share is being a couch potato. Keep moving people, activity makes the body feel good and keeps you from decaying!
These guys always watch with extreme sports.
OOTL, who are these guys? I think I'm missing the joke
No offense, but you have to at least watch a clip of the video paired with the "Astronomia" song to get the full effect of the meme.
Not sure if it's the best, but here's the full video:
Ghanian dancing funeral pallbearers
I'm already thinking about it - you can stop selling it to me.
I am thinking about taking up macramé in my forties and these guys are watching.
Just like brass, as it is worked and repeatedly stressed over time, the human body becomes hard and brittle.
I'm definitely hard, not sure about brittle
Odd, I'm brittle and soft
