Wait, Spanish gov didn't believe them they are not gambling? But they said they are not! What more proof does the government need?
Gob page says this is a temporary measure until they get their licenses sorted out.
I'm surprised it took this long. The skill argument makes no sense, since you could just as easily try to apply it to any form of traditional gambling.
