I noticed mine was sent to UK from Netherlands (while it should go to Germany) I notified steam support, and aside from telling me they know of the issue, they let me choose a free game as compensation

My tracking looked good but the package shop said they didnt receive it. Now the controller is im Limbo

Even with tracking looking good, I recommend contacting Valve support. They're really helpful (and as they are the contract partner for GLS, only they can file a complaint with them).

They didn't offer that to me. And in my case they send it not only to uk but also to the wrong city.

Ask again in a different support ticket.

Friend of mine just got told that it's going to arrive soon and then asked again after he saw everyone got a free game and now he also got the offer.

Sadly, they specified "standard edition game available in your region". An my region isn't "Valve office" :(

Took gls 2 weeks to ship it to me. Ordered it launch day.
