How far apart are trail photos? Haven’t used google maps in 12 years and I’m a bit concerned about how far this furry goofball strayed

Pretty sure it's the Google employees dog, they do trails now so a person goes on a hike with a backpack that has the camera and it maps the hiking trail

the person who photographed the trail near my home in alaska had an absolute death grip on their bear mace the entire way. the bear mace was the main character.
