The bar staff had skip buttons on these things when I first saw them over a decade ago. I don't imagine that's changed.

Yes, they have full control. OP and the other commenter are just (theoretically but probably never in practice actually) wasting money.

Used to work at waffle house and we had one of these types of jukeboxes. Would do this occasionally as I left my shift. Worth every penny.
