Open Car - Porcupine Tree

This band is so good. It blows my mind more people aren't singing their praises. Criminally underrated.

Everyone has AIDS from the musical Lease. It has nothing to do with Rent.

Foot Tapper by The Shadows.

Barely a day has passed in the last 25 years where that hasn't popped into my head for a while. Fortunately it's delightful.

Did you mean: Which songs live rent free in your head?

Or were you looking for the top of the list because that's incredibly hard to judge. There are so many in here. So. Many.

Simple words and phrases, sometimes entirely unrelated but with similar rhythmic pattern can bring forth any number of songs.

I might be a little AuDHD. Just a smidge.

Currently it's the theme to Inspector Morse.

Depeche Mode - Sacred

I've had this on repeat in my head for a few days now.

I always have a song stuck in my head, often for days at a time (right now it’s Zorbing by Stornaway), but there are a handful that come back over and over for years.

The two that come to mind most often are Don’t Go Breaking My Heart by Elton John/Kiki Dee and, weirdly, Babaji by Supertramp.
