All because he doesn't know what Incursion means, so he confabulated a new word for war, and those around him, including the media, are afraid to correct him.

I'd love the opportunity to ask him "Why do keep saying Excursion? Is it because you don't what Incursion means, so you just substituted a word you do know?"
