I'm sitting at a database changeover meeting as we speak....they just mentioned how AI will give us monthly "new features"
Holy flying monster phack! Nobody needs new features every month!
Example, bicycle.... Needs pedals, wheels, seat, handles. I don't need a coffee maker, but others might. Okay so coffee maker. Oh new month! Choose from 6 new coffee maker colors and 12 new coffee maker types! We got a percolator vs a simple bag heater....new month!... Introducing the new vente and grade bikes! With 3 sizes each cup!.....7 years later... Oh guys you remember those dumb ass bikes with coffeemaker? So stupid! Our new bikes come with built-in microwave water bottle with solar powered UV light cleaned straw and self rattling glass bottle!
A bike only needs pedals, wheels, a seat and a handle. The handle can have brakes or those can be in the wheels via the pedals. That's it. Everything else is just extra stuff. Adding AI in the already crazy amount features bikes can have is insane. Equally, a database should be a stable as possible not getting new features every freaking month.
