Whoa, so he lost his license, then got caught for driving without license and for that case he dialed to court while driving without license. And not just that, but he also did a video call while driving which likely is also not allowed.

Dude, if he was still driving without a license at least should stop get out and pretend to walk during the call.

What are they going to do? Take his license?

Put him in jail, that's basically what the judge ruled.

Man, I love the guy's expression when he realizes he has zero excuse and was totally screwed.

I like the judge with the "WTF is this actually happening?" expression. I do have to give him some kudos, I'm not sure I could have held back from saying something snarky like "are you really this stupid?" That's probably why I'm not a judge, lol.

My wife watches that judge - judge Simpson - regularly. He actually seems like a really good guy who wants to give people a chance, but he does not put up with shit at all. Any sort of blatant disregard for the law or disrespect for the court during the proceedings and the person is going to have a bad time.

Now I get it!

We are living in a simulation and (unfortunately) this is the QA branch. At least this would explain the given case (and other things).

Update:

"'They were supposed to have been lifted it two years ago, but they didn't,' Harris said.

Secretary of State records show Harris' license was first suspended in 2010 for unpaid child support in Saginaw County.

Then in 2022, court records show that a judge rescinded that suspension, allowing Harris to drive again. But it appears that information never got to the Secretary of State where even as of Thursday afternoon, Harris' license is still listed as suspended — the same records police and the judge were going by."

There needs to be a sub for these type of court streams. I remember a few years ago some guy being charged with something like violating a restraining order and he took the call from the the girlfriends house he wasn’t supposed to be at

Edit: here it is
