One of my games had the Amanda-monster, a chaotic divine creature that would occasionally wander through the world scattering the heroes as she went. The gods would mercifully teleport them back to within 1D4 squares of where they'd been once she went down for nap-nap.
The Amanda-monster must be in her 30s now, so probably not walking across game mats anymore. Wonder if she plays?
